My relationship with Better Living Home Care began when the Veteran Administration contracted them to administer Aid & Assistance for Dad. After meeting with Better Living Home Care, I decided to hire them to care full time for Dad. From day one Brenda and Edna were sensitive to our needs and professional with the business part of the contract. They made Dad’s care a priority. Their staff performed the daily care routine in an excellent manner. Dad’s home was always clean, his clothes were fresh, he was well fed, and was bathed and shaved regularly.
I recommend Better Living Home Care, without reservation, to anyone needing home care for a loved one. My Dad had only good things to say about his care givers. The staff kept me informed and their daily records were very helpful when a doctor’s care was required. The hospice nurse spoke on many occasions about the professional and caring attitude of the staff. I know anyone who uses Better Living Home Care’s services will be very pleased.
